All purchases of virtual items, including but not limited to in-game currency, boosters, cosmetics, or unlockable content, are final and non-refundable. These goods are digital in nature and are considered consumed upon delivery.
Once a transaction is completed and the virtual item is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

If you made a purchase through a third-party platform (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), please refer to their refund policies. We do not manage or process refunds for purchases made through those platforms.
Purchases made through our Store are one-time digital purchases. Talkinex LLC does not currently offer recurring subscriptions or automatic recurring billing through the Store.
Virtual goods may include, without limitation, game packages, diamonds, coins, boosters, cosmetics, unlockable content, and other digital items credited to your account.
Once virtual goods have been successfully delivered to your account, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable. However, we may review refund requests involving duplicate charges, successful payment where the purchased item was not delivered, unauthorized transactions, technical errors attributable to our systems, or situations where a refund is required by applicable law.
